Everything on the site, including charts, data, analysis, posts, model output, scenarios and comments, is for information and education only. It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security.

• We are not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer.
• Markets are risky; you can lose money, including more than you invest in some products. Past results do not predict future results.
• Data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and models make mistakes. Check anything important against primary sources.
• You alone are responsible for your investment decisions. Consider speaking to a licensed professional.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account.
• Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Do not share access or resell the service.

Membership levels

Some features are available only to certain membership levels. We may change which features belong to which level, and add, change or retire features, as the site develops. If paid plans are offered, their price and terms will be shown before you buy.

What you post

• You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to host, display and share it on the site so the community features work.
• Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, harassing or infringing; anything that impersonates others; spam; or content intended to manipulate a market (for example coordinated pump-and-dump promotion).
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• copy, scrape or redistribute the site’s data, charts or content in bulk, or resell them;
• access the site by automated means beyond normal browsing, or try to get around access limits;
• interfere with the site’s operation or security, or try to access other users’ accounts.

Sharing a link to a page, or a screenshot for personal, non-commercial discussion, is fine.

Our content

The site’s software, design, analysis and written content belong to us or our licensors. Market data shown on the site is licensed from third parties and is for your personal use only.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site running but do not guarantee it will be available, timely or error-free. Features and data sources may change or stop without notice.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for indirect or consequential damages, arising from your use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if you paid nothing.

Ending your use

You can stop using the site and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we will notify account holders of significant changes. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
